Job summary

Elite Worldgroup Inc. is seeking a skilled Creative Designer to craft visually engaging designs for digital and print media.

You will develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations and other promotional content while maintaining brand consistency for Elite Translations. Collaborating with marketing and management, you will help conceive campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables across websites, emails and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as Creative Designer/Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or equivalents
• Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge is a plus
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual branding
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative, resourceful and open to feedback

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials
• Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, adverts, and other promo content
• Design and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for Elite Translations
• Collaborate with marketing and management to develop concepts and campaigns
• Create graphics for websites, social media, emails and other digital channels
• Edit photos, videos and other multimedia content as needed
• Ensure all designs follow branding guidelines and maintain a consistent identity
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines and quality standards
• Research design trends and identify opportunities to enhance the company’s visual presence
• Revise designs based on feedback from management and relevant teams
