Job summary

You will plan, create, and publish content across platforms, develop monthly calendars, monitor trends, respond to audiences, and report on performance while collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in both social media management and graphic design.
• Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing goals.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize reach and engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach, conversions).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
