Responsibilities

• Promote assigned brand(s) through in-store demos, field marketing, and event activations.
• Explain product features, uses, and benefits to customers in an engaging and persuasive manner
• Ensure proper display and visibility of brand materials in assigned outlets or locations
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, samples, and discount vouchers
• Approach customers proactively to drive interest and product sales
• Maintain cleanliness and order of display and promotion area
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment of demo products as needed
• Coordinate with sales representatives or store staff for promotions and merchandising activities
• Collect customer feedback and report observations to the Marketing or Sales team
• Submit daily or weekly reports on sales, inventory, customer interaction, and event participation
• Participate in product knowledge and training sessions conducted by the company

Qualifications

• High School graduate; college level or vocational course is an advantage
• With experience in sales, promotions, or customer service; background in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and sales-driven
• Willing to be assigned in different store locations or events
• Can work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when needed
