Job Description

• Responsible for the daily operation of the brand on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., and developing and executing brand promotion strategies.
• Manage and optimize the brand's online content to ensure consistency between brand tone and target users.
• Regularly plan and publish creative content to increase brand exposure and engagement on social media.
• Analyze and report social media data and trends, adjust strategies to optimize promotion effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistency in brand image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, media, advertising, public relations, Internet, etc.
• Possess design and video editing skills, able to independently create simple visual content.
• Familiar with the Philippine market, with excellent experience in operating social media platforms, especially on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Sensitive to social media trends, with good internet awareness and creative thinking, able to quickly plan content based on hot topics.
• Possess strong data analysis skills, able to identify problems from social media data and propose optimization solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to independently complete tasks.
• Experience in brand management or related fields is preferred.
