Job Title: Brand Manager

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager who will lead the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen brand value, increase awareness, and grow market share. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling initiatives that resonate with the target audience and drive business performance.

As a Brand Manager, you will manage budgets, forecast sales, evaluate KPIs and ROI, and continuously monitor market movements to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. A strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity.

  • Develop, manage, and monitor brand budgets, performance specifications, and sales forecasts.

  • Create and implement brand strategies that effectively connect with target markets.

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, sponsorships, and CSR programs.

  • Build brand awareness and drive brand value, profitability, and market share.

  • Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and email campaigns.

  • Measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI objectives are achieved.

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, legal, and other teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.

  • Ensure that all messaging and marketing activities reflect brand identity and company values.
