Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton in Manila (Makati) seeks a Communications Brand Specialist to lead branding and design initiatives across platforms, ensuring a cohesive corporate image. You will develop branding materials, templates, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing, talent acquisition, and markets teams.

The role requires a strong design portfolio, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia content creation, plus excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience as a Branding Specialist or in a similar Marketing role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Proficient in graphic design with a strong portfolio of illustrations, branding materials, and other creative outputs.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Dreamweaver.
• Experience in photography and videography, including photo and video shooting, editing, and content production for marketing and branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and direction for the brand, including the development of style guides, templates, and other branding materials.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop techniques that enhance the firm’s brand.
• Work with the Markets team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the firm’s mission and values.
• Maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Develop and recommend new media strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
• Create designs and visual concepts that communicate information through images, art, and photographs.
• Develop images and content that convey the firm’s vision and core values.
