FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to help bring the brand's provenance story to life across digital, print, and social media.

You will report to an Australia-based Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Business Development team to drive brand awareness and support sales growth. The role requires 1–2+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation; a degree in Marketing or Graphic Design; a strong portfolio; and proficiency in Canva and

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, content writing or social media management.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
• A strong portfolio showing design, branding and social media assets.
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CMS (WordPress/Shopify/Squarespace) and email marketing software.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting for B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics for flyers, brochures, product sheets, POS materials, signage, digital ads and social media assets.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; track engagement and manage community interactions.
• Research market trends and write blog posts, website copy, and newsletters in the brand voice.
• Design, build, and distribute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Prepare marketing materials and trade show assets for the Business Development team.
• Monitor KPIs across web, social and email campaigns; report results and suggest improvements.
