Job summary

IFace Inc. is seeking a Brand Strategy Associate to support Sales Strategy Development and Execution by assisting Brand Managers in developing and implementing actionable sales plans that drive revenue growth, improve performance, and increase market share.

You will monitor targets, align with brand objectives, and collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in FMCG, Retail or beauty industry.
• Exposure to working with customers and Sales teams.
• Strong people and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with a strong sense of numbers.
• Budget management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-based category.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify customer needs, emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for business growth.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis to monitor competitors' activities, market positioning, product offerings, pricing, and other relevant market developments.
• Provide Market and Business Insights to Brand/Business Managers to support strategic decision-making and optimization of brand and sales strategies.
• Identify New Sales Opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer behavior, sales performance, and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of brand and sales initiatives.
• Monitor Strategy Execution and Performance and provide updates or recommendations based on sales results and market developments.
• Perform Other Related Duties as assigned by the Senior Brand Manager.
