Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities such as flyer distribution and tarpaulin posting.
• Accommodate and interview clients and clearly explain loan procedures and transactions.
• Evaluate and assess client requirements for loan applications.
• Verify loan applications in coordination with the IT Department.
• Prepare and accurately complete loan application forms.
• Assist in loan approval processes under the supervision of the Officer-in-Charge.
• Process vouchers for loans, EPA, PW, and remittances.
• Ensure all required documents and supporting attachments are complete and accurate.
• Encode client information accurately into the system.
• Maintain properly signed and well-organized logbooks, vouchers, and forms.
• Sort, file, and safeguard documents for both Branch and Main Office records.
