Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Welcome and engage customers within the store.
• Introduce and promote assigned products, services, and brand offerings.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and available offers.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Support achievement of assigned sales and promotional targets.
• Demonstrate or provide product information when required.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Ensure promotional materials, signage, and branding are properly positioned.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment with store personnel.
• Answer customer questions and handle basic concerns professionally.
• Gather customer feedback and provide market or competitor observations.
• Support product launches, events, sampling activities, and in-store campaigns.
• Coordinate with store staff and sales teams to maximize customer engagement.
• Prepare daily activity, sales, and customer engagement reports.
• Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and store requirements.
