Job summary

Hebe Beauty Philippines is seeking an events coordinator to plan and execute a variety of consumer and partner events in the Metro Manila area. You will collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to ensure events align with brand strategy and deliver engaging experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor sourcing, on-site execution, and post-event analysis to measure success against KPIs, with close coordination across marketing, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing events from concept to completion.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Strong communication with retailers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional event activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events including in-store events, sponsorships, workshops, masterclasses, and roadshows with retail partners.
• Co-develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics from initial concept through to completion.
• Provide support in sourcing, negotiating, and securing vendors, venues, and other necessary resources to ensure successful event execution.
• Serve as one of the main point of contact for retail partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all events align with overall brand strategy and goals.
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
• Helps prepare post-event reports, analyzing event performance against objectives and KPIs.
