Job summary

Qualifications
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong typography, color theory and visual composition.
- Ability to explain design choices and accept feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Build logos, illustrations, layouts and digital/print graphics using hand-drawing or software.
- Concept Development: Study briefs to plan and pitch initial design ideas or rough drafts.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, copywriters, or clients to align with brand guidelines.
- Revisions: Adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders or art directors.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, organize design archives, and ensure production readiness.
