Enshored is seeking a Brand Deal Coordinator to support creator-brand partnerships from contract coordination to launches and day-to-day operations. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in account coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with spreadsheets and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract revisions and organize contract files with the US-based team.
• Manage campaign deliverables from signing through launch, including deadlines and disclosures.
• Review creator content submissions against guidelines and coordinate revisions.
• Verify sponsored content publication accuracy, including links and disclosures.
• Coordinate invoice requests after deliverables are completed.
• Maintain campaign records across CRM and project management tools.
• Attend daily team meetings and distribute notes.
• Prepare daily/weekly status updates and identify upcoming deadlines and risks.
• Maintain creator profiles and internal databases.
• Arrange travel, gifting, and logistics for creators and team members.
• Support content calendar management and general operational assistance.
