Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a marketing professional to support campaign management, data gathering, and reporting within an FMCG context. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure accurate product details, pricing, and creative briefs across brochures.

The role involves coordinating with various functions, preparing marketing reports, and assisting in events and promotions to drive brand effectiveness.

• Support Brand Manager on campaign uploads and development of creative briefs.
• Ensure accuracy of product details and pricing in brochures.

• Coordinate with supply chain and other departments as needed.
• Attend photoshoots to verify concepts align with briefs.
• Assist in brand events and promotional activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Campaign Management: Supports the Brand Manager on campaign related system upload and development of creative brief and ensuring accuracy of product details and price/offers in brochure
• Data Gathering and Reports: Supports the Brand Manager on marketing reports: sales trackers, reports generation from system; Gathers products, images for presentation; Retail competitive checks
• Documentation: FMR, CAF issuance, finance requirements - processing of check payments; Stickered brochures; Routes and monitors P&L; Processes & files FDA permits; Issues and routes IMF (Item Maintenance form)
• Data and report generation: GSAM; Data processing - PO creation; Upload/Update to the ff system: MAPs, Horizon, Bizflow, eprofile, Central Master, ESIM supplier accreditation assistance
• Systems Update: Supports brand manager on system updates: LCM, APT, Arriba for both commercial and innovation requirements
• Supplies Management: ensuring all sample requirements are turned over on time
• Assist in dealer incentive requirements
• Follow up with supply chain
• Support with creative brief execution
• Attend photoshoots to ensure correct concepts captured according to the brief
• Provides assistance during brand events (PR, sales events, etc.); Branch FGDs/Clinics
• Assist in plus plan requirements - poster request
• Prepares S&E brief
• Comprehensive checking (FSC and offer price against proof checking report

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) background
• College degree holder preferably Management, Marketing, or related courses
• Experience with Project Management
• Can collaborate effectively with different functions/departments
• With good written and verbal communications skills
• Has initiative, can work independently, and can manage their own time well
• Is detail-oriented and organized
• Can deliver timely and quality output while managing multiple projects & timelines
