The role emphasizes strong client servicing, proactive communication, and meticulous execution across campaign touchpoints. Hybrid work with four days WFH and one day onsite every Wednesday offers a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in PR, events, activations, account management, or related roles.
• Hands-on consumer-facing events experience.
• Proven event coordination from concept to execution.
• Experience with vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated PR campaigns, activations, events, and seeding initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide on-ground support during activations.
• Prepare deployment decks, status updates, timelines, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Post-campaign reporting and documentation.
