Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute brand activations across communities and sports events. You will coordinate venues, suppliers, and logistics, while supporting barangays and promotional activities.

The role involves on-ground event management, cross-department collaboration, budgeting assistance, and post-event reporting. Travel is required to support on-site activations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in events, activation, field marketing, promotions, or related work.
• Experience with barangays, communities, sports groups, or event organiser is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Organise, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Hands-on and comfortable with field-based work.
• Willing to travel and support on-ground events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events and brand activation.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, partners, manpower, materials, and logistics.
• Support barangays, community, sports, and promotional activities.
• Manage event-day operations and resolve on-ground concerns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, PR, Operations, and other departments.
• Assist with event budgets, quotations, procurement, and documentation.
• Prepare post-event reports, photos, attendance, results, and recommendations.
• Identify potential events, partnerships, and activation opportunities.
