Job summary

A well-established dining establishment in Metro Manila is looking for a dedicated front-of-house manager to ensure exceptional customer service and oversee daily restaurant operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be able to implement strategies that enhance the dining experience. The role involves managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining inventory. Experience in restaurant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders from customers, input orders into the POS, and handle payments.
  • Manage opening and closing duties of the cashier position.
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
  • Develop strategies for improving customers’ dining experience.
  • Maintain inventory and project future needs for restaurant supplies.
  • Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff.
  • Provide leadership in the FOH team, guaranteeing exceptional customer service and strict adherence to policies, procedures, and other systems.
  • Train newly hired servers on relevant aspects of FOH operations.
  • Work in close coordination with the kitchen and management teams.
  • Perform administrative paperwork.
  • Recommend policy changes to management and effectively communicate all FOH operating matters to staff.
