You will manage loan approvals, motorcycle sales, inventory, budgeting, and financial processes while maintaining regulatory compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years related work experience gained from retail industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of sales, inventory, and loan processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
