Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including managing inventory and supervising staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Train and develop branch staff to ensure effective performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks.
• Handle cash management and ensure proper handling of transactions.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and inventory levels.
