A leading banking institution in Davao City is seeking a Branch Operations Head to supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in budget preparation and has 3-5 years of experience in branch operations. Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge in MS Office are essential. This is a full-time position with potential for career growth.
The Branch Operations Head (BOH) shall be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring that policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
He/she will assist the Branch Manager in the preparation of Annual Budget and manpower planning reports and decisions and will be responsible for the administration, control and physical custody of all accountable forms. Additionally, the role shall be accountable for the smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan and Foreign Section of the Branch.
