Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to build a capable and motivated team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and increase revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
