Job summary

Maybank Philippines seeks an experienced Branch Audit Officer to execute the approved Annual Audit Plan, evaluating risk management, control and governance to support management goals. You will complete audits within deadlines and handle special projects as directed by the Audit Committee.

You will build on four+ years in banking audits, possess accounting credentials, and oversee audit reports with accuracy, under BSP rules and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum four years auditing and banking experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CFSA or Treasury/Trust preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned audit reviews per the approved Audit Plan within deadlines.
• Assess risk levels of units and effectiveness of controls.
• Evaluate unit management efficiency, performance, customer service and supervision.
• Ensure audit findings are substantiated and promptly communicated.
