Job summary

Foundever® in the Philippines is seeking candidates for a blended voice and non-voice support role. The position welcomes HS/K-12/college graduates and offers a PHP 20,000–25,000 monthly salary with HMO and life insurance.

You will join a team delivering chat, email, and voice support for international clients; training starts day one and there are opportunities for career growth. Onsite recruitment hub is in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Qualifications

• Open to K-12 / High School Graduate/ College Graduate.
• At least 1 Year International BPO Experience (Voice or Non-Voice).
• Requires tech support and/or audio equipment experience (strong preference).
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide blended support: voice, chat, and email for international clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information.
• Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
