A financial services company in Davao del Sur is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and perform accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in bookkeeping, familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, and strong organizational skills. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record all financial transactions in accounting software.
• Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Accounts Payable.
• Accounts Receivable.
• Process and monitor invoices and payments.
• Track outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Conhecimentos

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
