Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, prepare reports, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain records of financial transactions such as income and outgoings, and post them to various accounts; ensure legal requirements compliance.
• Process payments.
• Conduct daily banking activities.
• Produce various financial reports.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Balance the general ledger by preparing trial balance and reconciling entries.
• Tax compliance (Withholding Tax, VAT, ITR, Alphalist).
• Prepare monthly financial statements (FS).
• Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with auditing standards and regulatory changes.
• Provide recommendations for risk management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
