Drim Refrigeration Equipment Corp. in Laguna seeks an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will oversee AP/AR, general ledger reconciliations, and closing processes while coordinating with external auditors and government agencies. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years of accounting experience with 1–2 years in supervision, and strong Excel/QuickBooks skills; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, BIR reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounting team in daily operations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor and review general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Improve accounting systems and internal controls.
