Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking a BOM Engineer to build and maintain multi-level Bills of Materials and Item Master records. You will coordinate with Engineering, Design, Change Control, Regulatory, and Product Planning to ensure accurate data and timely ECN updates.

Strong communication and Oracle knowledge are essential for success. The role requires at least two years in BOM work, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• At least two years’ BOM and Item Master experience.
• Experience in supply chain, engineering or manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain multi-level BOM and Item Master records.
• Update ECNs and Oracle records affecting cost, production orders and inventory.
• Coordinate cross-functional information for BOM accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with product planning goals and plant availability.
• Train new hires on ECN processes and outputs.
