Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness and order: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas within the boarding house, including lobbies, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. This may involve cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Provide basic support to residents: Assist residents with minor requests, such as changing bed linens, providing extra towels, and addressing basic maintenance issues.
• Ensure building security: Monitor building security, report any suspicious activity, and assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents.
• Cleaning experience: Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
