Qualifications

• Designer I: 3-5 years of experience in design and drafting software

Responsibilities

• Revit Modeling for a specific design discipline.
• Work under the direction of a design professional and/or BIM Designer II.
• Perform project design support functions in pursuit of document preparation.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy and completion based on discipline.
• Translates redline drawings into Revit model and provides modeling support to the project team.
• Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of the discipline model.
• Assist the project team with the collaboration and coordination of other disciplines' designs.
• Adhreres to firm (or client) technical and graphic standards.
• Print drawings sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
• Organize and prepare one's own discipline model and/or content for Interdisciplinary Coordination Meetings.
• Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
• Competent and professional communication and writing skills.
• Able to meet deadline and able to work alone or with a team.
