Job summary

TYLin Philippines seeks a BIM Modeler to develop, maintain, and update accurate 3D BIM models and project documentation for infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure models align with project requirements, BIM standards, and quality expectations.

Role requires 5+ years BIM/CAD experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise. Office-based in Makati, overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years BIM/CAD project experience.
• Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experienced with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
• Knowledgeable in MicroStation is an advantage.
• Preferably with civil infrastructure design experience, bridges/rails.
• Familiar with DPWH bridge detailing procedures.
• Strong MS Office and Bluebeam skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good time management.
• Willing to do overtime if necessary.
• Able to work full-time in the Makati office.
• Experience in Drawing Review and QC is desirable.

Job Summary

We are seeking a BIM Modeler who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating accurate 3D BIM models and project documentation to support engineering and infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure models and deliverables align with project requirements, established BIM standards, and quality expectations.

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.

• Report to the Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignment and report on the progress of assigned tasks.

• Perform duties as assigned. Cross-deployment is not encouraged for the initial stage of employment.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of BIM/CAD project experience.

• Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Experienced working with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.

• Knowledge in MicroStation (Bentley suit of software in civil design work) platform will be an advantage.

• Preferably with working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Civil Infrastructure especially on bridges and rails.

• Knowledgeable of concepts of Structural Engineering design.

• Preferably familiar with the DPWH bridge detailing procedures.

• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other engineering production software is recommended.

• Able to work under pressure with good time management skills.

• Willing to do overtime if necessary.

• Ability to work full-time in the Makati office.

• Prior experience in Drawing Review process and QC is desirable.
