Job summary

KURABE INDUSTRIAL PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a bilingual interpreter/translator and administrative staff for our manufacturing operations in the Philippines. The role involves interpreting Japanese-English and Japanese-Filipino in meetings and daily activities, translating documents, and assisting in administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, JLPT N3/N2, and strong Japanese-English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably related to Business Administration, Management.
• With Japanese language skills; JLPT certification (N3 or N2).
• With good communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Preferably with experience as an interpreter, translator, or administrative staff in a manufacturing or Japanese company.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant Japanese language skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese-English and/or Japanese-Filipino interpretation during meetings, discussions, and daily operations.
• Assist Japanese management and employees in communicating with Filipino employees.
• Translate documents, emails, reports, and other company-related materials as needed.
• Assist in preparing administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to the department and management.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of documents and records.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
