Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years in marketing or community management in ride-hailing or gig economy
• Content ideation and copywriting for onboarding and retention
• Management of Facebook Pages, groups, and Telegram channels
• Strong communication in Filipino and English
• Proficient in Google Workspace for reporting
• Willing to travel and work independently in Cavite

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage city’s communication calendar, ensuring timely posts.
• Monitor Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups, and Telegram daily; gather insights.
• Coordinate with City Managers for on-ground support and onboarding; endorse vlogger requests.
• Plan and launch end-to-end on-ground and digital campaigns for onboarding and retention.
• Track campaign results and optimize.
• Adhere to company policies; achieve or exceed targets.
