Angkas in the Philippines seeks a Biker Marketing Associate to help onboard and engage riders, monitor sentiment, and run campaigns that grow active biker supply across Cavite.

You will manage on-ground and digital communications, coordinate with city managers, and report results. The role offers flexibility with onsite/remote/hybrid work and a year-long contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, community management or field marketing, preferably in ride-hailing or gig platforms.
• Content ideation and copywriting for onboarding and retention posts, tailored to Cavite audience.
• Hands-on management of Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups and Telegram channels.
• Strong execution, detail-oriented reporting and on-time posting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage city's communication calendar with timely posts.
• Scan Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups and Telegram daily for biker insights, flag urgent issues within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with City Managers on on-ground support and onboarding; endorse vlogger requests.
• Plan, launch and report on on-ground and digital campaigns to grow onboarding and retention.
• Track campaign results (applicants, activations, reactivations, cost per biker) and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and achieve targets as assigned.

Now, we're looking for a Biker Marketing Associate. The Biker Marketing Associate, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from executing biker onboarding and retention comms, monitoring biker sentiment, and launching campaigns that grow active biker supply across Cavite.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute and manage city's communication calendar, ensuring all communications are posted on time.
• Scan Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups and the El Pres Telegram channel daily, gather on-ground insights on biker behavior, and elevate urgent issues within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with City Managers on on-ground support, onboarding support and posting, and endorse vlogger requests to the MNL Biker Marketing Associate.
• Plan, launch and report on end-to-end on-ground and digital campaigns that drive biker onboarding and retention.
• Track campaign results (applicants, activations, reactivations, cost per biker) and recommend improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
• 1-2 years in marketing, community management or field marketing, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery or gig-economy platforms
• Content ideation and copywriting for biker onboarding and retention posts, adapting central materials to each city's audience.
• Hands-on management of Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups and Telegram channels, including scheduling, posting and comment moderation.
• Strong execution and attention to detail, delivering accurate, on-time posts and error-free reports against the comms calendar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for reporting.
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently.
• Knows City of Cavite well; willing to travel regularly and work independently in the field
• Willing to be immersed in Biker Activities
