Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a seasoned IT architect to design and communicate multi-dimensional solution architectures that deliver agreed business outcomes and optimal data flow across internal processes.

You will design IT systems to meet requirements, manage life cycle requirements, and implement sustainable digital strategies aligned with the organization's IT strategy and ambition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical solution design and pre-sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant technical degree.
• Experience in SAP solution implementations or deployments is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and communicate a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes Design IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle Establish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization's sustainable IT strategy and ambition Ensure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the users’ needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing the user needs and the business needs Understand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs. Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience KPIs: Architecture Stability Robustness of solution recommendation to cater to business requirements defined in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); avoidance of the need for major re-architecture efforts post solution implementation unless driven by a significant change in business requirements and strategy Architecture Integrity Compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, principles and best practices during solutioning; avoidance of interim solutions/workarounds Solution Quality Functional and technical compliance to capability requirements; avoidance of solution gaps Continuous Improvement Continuously build and improve processes, tools and methodology to strengthen relationships and communication, solution development and delivery, success metrics and feedback loops Top 3-5 Deliverables: Systems Landscape Diagram Architecture Blueprint Architecture Heatmap Architecture Roadmap Solution on a Page / High-Level Solution Application Portfolio Catalog System Interaction Diagram Technical Calendar

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in either technical pre-sales, designing, implementing and leading successful technology/product-oriented technical solutions Tech industry experience. Eg: SW, HW, Telecom, Cloud, eCommerce, InfoSec, Digital Finance, Consulting, etc.
