Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. (Arch Global Services Philippines) seeks a BI Analyst to partner with actuaries to design and deliver reporting solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will build and optimize reporting models, create automated tests in cloud environments, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while ensuring governance and QA alignment. The role emphasizes strong data analysis, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to adopting new BI tools in a dynamic insurance

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience developing reports in Power BI.
• 5+ years building reports and dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
• Experience supporting analytics or actuarial functions, preferably in insurance.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and exploring emerging tools.
• Ability to derive business insights from data.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Streamlit or Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with actuarial teams to design and deliver reporting solutions.
• Develop and enhance reports using Power BI and Power Platform tools.
• Build, configure, and maintain automated testing workflows in cloud environments.
• Create and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for reporting solutions.
• Perform regular validation of report outputs with QA teams.
• Document reporting processes for internal use and UAT.
• Partner with data engineering to improve reporting data models and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance and compliance with IT.
