Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking enthusiastic beauty-focused sales professionals to engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right beauty and wellness solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will build relationships, consult on treatments, promote products and packages, and handle inquiries and appointments. Stay updated on industry trends and procedures to provide accurate information and reasoned recommendations.

Qualifications

6 months of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO).
High School or K-12 graduate required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Botox and facial/aesthetic procedures is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients through personalized consultations and excellent service.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate beauty and aesthetic treatments.
Promote and sell products, services, and treatment packages.
Provide accurate information on clinic offerings, procedures, and aftercare guidelines.
Achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, beauty treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
