Job summary

A financial institution in Central Luzon is seeking a Team Head for MSME Account Officers. The role involves driving sales teams to meet targets, monitoring performance, and implementing training programs. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in team management and bank products sales. Preference for those who can drive a motorcycle. The Team Head for Micro, Small, and Mid Size Enterprise (MSME) Account Officers is primarily responsible in driving existing sales teams in meeting sales targets while pursuing sales strategies and programs, coordinating with support units and closely monitoring sales performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Formulate branch sales strategies and directs implementation for the sales teams to hit sales targets
  • Ensure that the sales teams generate adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings
  • Closely monitor sales, credit and collection performance against set targets and takes necessary action on any variances
  • Validate and approve credit recommendations of Account Officers (AOs) to conform with prescribed limits & thereby maintain credit quality
  • Formulate and/or implement prescribed training and recognition programs for team members
  • Implement policies, procedures and programs that achieves cost efficiencies, service and credit quality
  • Ensure adherence to bank audit and standard operating procedures and requirements
  • Provide the Area Head with information and recommendations on new market, territories, products and other market and customer information
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • With at least 2 years' experience in handling a team and selling bank products
  • Has good people management, selling, training and communication skills
  • With adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities
  • Preferably can drive a motorcycle

Must be willing to be assigned in Iba, Zambales.
