Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals.
• Experience with POS systems for order entry and payments.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or guest requests.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, making recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station, prep garnishes, manage ice, rotate stock.
• Process payments using POS, manage cash drawers, and coordinate with servers and kitchen for seamless service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience as Bartender
• Solid understanding of classic cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals, and standard pouring techniques.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale software for order entry and payment processing.
• Capacity to lift and move heavy objects, such as full beer kegs or cases of liquor.
• Speed and precision in glass handling, pouring, and garnishing, especially during high-volume "rush" periods.
