Job summary

The Flavor Studio Corp in Pampanga is seeking a Bartender to deliver excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages, taking food orders, and ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable bar experience.

You will maintain hygiene, assist with restocking, and work with the team to meet SOPs and guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational course in Food & Beverage Services.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in bar/restaurant operations.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate.
• Bartending NC II is an advantage.

• Bartending & Operations: prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, follow proper bartending techniques, and accurately handle guest orders and payments.
• Cleanliness & Safety: maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and proper bar setup, including glassware, utensils, counters, and tables.
• Inventory & Teamwork: assist with restocking, monitor supplies and equipment, report issues, follow SOPs, and support the team with other operational tasks as needed.
