Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Willing to be trained, no prior barista experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment (after training).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining area.
• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately.
• Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
