Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as Barista / Kitchen Crew
• College level (hospitality training is a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and follow food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle POS transactions and assist with cash handling when needed.
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and light meals.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory (FIFO), and report shortages.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and checking product quality.
