PJ’s Coffee in the Philippines is seeking a barista to craft beverages and food items with precision while delivering consistently fast, friendly service reflecting the PJ’s brand.

The barista is expected to provide impeccable customer service, build product knowledge, and show commitment to growth within the company. You will represent the brand with a positive demeanor and a helpful attitude toward customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate through different communication channels (email, phone, project management software, conference calls).

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of PJ’s customers and coworkers.
• Proactively suggest new beverages, drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries to improve the overall experience.
• Prepare all beverages and food to meet PJ’s Coffee specifications and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store offers excellent customer service and maintain store upkeep.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Maintain sanitary, safety, and aesthetic standards by daily checks.
• Alert management to operational needs and needed improvements.
• Enforce company policies and safety rules.
• Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and skills.
