Starbucks Philippines in Laguna, Santa Rosa, is seeking friendly partners to join as Baristas, delivering legendary customer service, preparing beverages and food to strict standards, and creating the Starbucks Experience.

You'll maintain a clean store, handle cash, and follow health and safety guidelines while working flexible shifts.

As a partner, you'll enjoy rest days, product discounts, and free beverages/food on shift, along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meets store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Engages with and understands customers through clear, pleasant communication.
• Meets required dress code.
• Prepares beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships.
