Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and store policies.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Restock product and supply areas as needed.
• Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and make personalized recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and aim to resolve issues quickly.
