Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a café/hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and milk texturing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages following company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleaning, and functionality.
• Stay up to date with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and engage guests about offerings.
