Job summary

Bahama Realty and Development Corp in Makati City is seeking a customer-oriented Barista to join our team. You will greet guests, explain specials, take orders and process payments, delivering friendly service throughout your shift.

You will prepare and serve coffee and tea, package items for sale, restock displays, clean work areas, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment with a fun, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of senior high / undergo special trainings relevant to the position.
• Retail, hospitality and or customer service experience preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display at tables or behind the counter.
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
