Job Description

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
• Train new staff on coffee preparation and customer service protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
