Responsibilities

• Perform professional men’s haircuts, fades, and trims.
• Provide consultations to understand style preferences.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation of tools and work areas.
• Ensure consistent quality, precision, and attention to detail in every service
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and workstations
• Properly clean and disinfect clippers, scissors, razors, and chairs after each client
• Follow shop health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
• Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Treat all clients with respect, courtesy, and confidentiality
• Avoid unprofessional behavior, inappropriate language, or misconduct inside the premises
• Comply with shop policies, service pricing, and operational guidelines
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and company-provided resources
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Grooming

• Perform professional men’s haircuts, fades, trims, and based on client preference
• Provide beard trimming, shaving, and basic grooming services (if applicable)
