DESCRIPTION:
  • Prepare quotations for events, negotiate, and assist in closing deals with clients with prior approval from the Sales Director.
  • Prepares the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and coordinates with the guests.
  • Process deposit/payment requests and function contracts.
  • Communicate with Hotel Sales and the Executive Office on future functions and update forecasts.
