Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor's degree courses related to Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science / Analytics, IT, and other highly technical specialized fields.
• With Latin Honors, Honorable Mention, or with Master’s Degree.
• Possesses great communication and interpersonal skills.
• With keen interest in establishing a long-term career in the banking industry.
• With leadership experience from any school organization is a plus.
